We specialize in solopreneurs and small businesses — typically 1 to 20 people. Larger than that, we're probably not the right fit. Smaller is fine, even if "the business" is just you.
We walk through your process together. We ask questions about how things currently work, what's frustrating, and what "fixed" would look like. By the end of the call you'll know whether AI can meaningfully help — and if so, roughly what that would look like and cost.
Potentially, but they're usually small and always disclosed upfront. Your build may rely on third-party services you'd pay directly — things like AI usage (Claude, ChatGPT) or cloud hosting — which typically run a few dollars to a few tens of dollars per month depending on how you use it. We'll walk through any expected costs in your written scope before you pay anything. Ongoing support and improvements are optional and priced separately based on what you need.

Most projects deploy to your existing tool accounts (Google, Notion, Airtable, Make, etc.) — we configure everything, document it, and walk you through it. For custom apps that need a dedicated home, we host them in a private workspace set up just for you. Either way, what we build is yours to use, and any ongoing costs are spelled out upfront before you pay anything.
Every project includes two rounds of revisions and a post-launch support window (30 days for Single Builds, 60 days for System Builds) for bug fixes and small adjustments. After that window, ongoing improvements or new work are quoted separately.
We never store your data. Everything runs on your own accounts. We only access what you explicitly share, using secure screen-sharing for sensitive setups. Sessions aren't recorded unless you ask.
